• Induction program for New Joiners.
• Training & Meetings( Health Safety/Environmental/Use of PPE's / Fire Safety).
• Employee Life Cycle (joining formalities to exit interviews)
• Legal compliances
• Statutory compliances on time (PF/ ESIC/ Annnual Returns) on time.
• Payroll
• Liasioning with Govt. bodies.
• Biometric records updating
• formation of committees along with their meeting records.
• Monthly inspection of safety equipment's.
• Employee engagements( Bank Accounts/ ESIC Cards and PF activities)
• General Administration (House Keeping/ Security & Pantry)
• Employee grievance handling
• Other Activities( Health Checkups Camps as per Factory act.
• Talent Acquisation Process(Recruitments interview hinring training
• Employee Discipline Process (Limiying the Lumch Timimgs/ Late comings/ Early goings/ Gate Passes.
• Salary Structure for better compliances.
• Being updated about various Goverment initiatives like skill. India and benefits thereof.
• All Compliance Registers to be completed including attendance.
• Employee Indentity Card to be enforced properly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
