Job Description
Onboarding ,organizing training sessions, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting
HR policies, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will be the
main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. You would need to ensure that the
HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the
organization as a whole and follow ISO-27001 related HR related processes.
Core Responsibilities
1. Recruit and Onboard new hires
2. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
3. Administer compensation and benefit plans
4. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development
initiatives
5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
6. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
7. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
8. Undertake tasks around performance management and employee engagement
+. Maintain employee files and records.
10. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and
benefits and organizing team building activities
11. Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4+ years' experience in Human Resources
Skills
Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. GreytHR) will be a plus

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
