We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to be a key part of our growing team. Job Responsibilities:
· Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
· Conduct performance and wage reviews with HR Director
· Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance
· Facility management
· Perform administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence
· Help design and facilitate training programs and assist in providing orientation to all new employees
Qualifications and Skills:
• MBA/Diploma in Human Resources
· Active listening and problem-solving skills for employee relations
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must have five years’ experience as an HR Manager with an organization of 200+ employees
• Experience with task management software is an asset
· Must have knowledge of human resource information software (HRIS) like BambooHR, SAP, or Namely
