Location: Pune, Bengaluru
Primary Purpose:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is a strategic partner who influences the development of all employees through the application of professional learning and development initiatives. He/she conducts needs analysis and creates plans to enhance productivity, improve business performance and promote a learning and development culture. Works closely with key stakeholders including but not limited to:
• Inductions
• Training needs analysis – Training Calendars – Behavioral Training – Train the Trainer programs -Service oriented programs (Grooming – Presentation skills – Consultative selling)
• Supervisory skills development
• Management development
• Implementing and mapping career progressions with IDP
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
• Provides professional consultation to onboard employees to maintain and improve effectiveness and business performance
• Conducts needs assessments to identify skill/performance gaps and implement solutions to maximize performance and achieve measurable results in employee satisfaction (leadership aspects), client satisfaction and other business KPIs
• Guides department heads and reporting manager leaders through the talent management process of assessing individual performance, creating personalized development plans, and establishing team succession plans
• Facilitates dynamic and impactful leadership training sessions and provides ongoing support that ensures successful transfer of knowledge and drives individual and team effectiveness
• Creates and executes customized learning sessions that address identified business/performance/behavioral gaps
• Conducts Train the Trainer sessions with domain expertise instructors and provides ongoing feedback to improve effectiveness of training methods and delivery
• Models and champions a culture of commitment to the Company's values, standards, and overall business strategies
• To develop service orientated training modules as per the current industry norms & development
• To prepare monthly training calendar for the employees Co-ordinate with Cluster and business heads to derive the monthly and then the annual calendar and upload in ZOHO
• To impart training following an appropriate Training Model & inculcating relevant assessment tools for the same
• To review, evaluate & gain the feedback of the training results & incorporate changes accordingly in the upcoming training sessions & do the follow – up on the same
• Conduct various behavioral workshops, team building, motivation, time mgmt., leadership etc.
• Collate data from cross functional teams and present it to businesses
• Ability to develop content on the go using all programs In Windows 11
• Ability to use Excel and make pivots – charts – L&D MIS – Use all complex formula such as Hypothesis – VLOOKUP – averages – sum -percentages etc.
• Experience in applying adult learning principles and consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training techniques
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, partner with leaders at all levels, relate with diverse groups of people and act with diplomacy and tact
• Exhibits passion for constant learning and demonstrates an eagerness to share that passion with others.
• Ability to understand and convey business priorities and use compelling arguments to gain support and commitment
• Self-motivated and possesses superior time management and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Highly proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable learning other required systems
• Developing Departmental Trainers
• Detailing Department Trainers about the day-to-day trainings
• Extensive travelling would be involved
Language Requirements:
• Possesses a highly advanced ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially, including the ability to speak in front of groups of all sizes
• Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to prepare advanced written communication; prepare, interpret, and analyze advanced reports, documents, and presentations; and to manage a large volume of written communication.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is required
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience as an HR professional specializing in Learning and Organizational Development in an upscale hotel, BFSI or service-related sector corporate organization
