Creastate Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong and dynamic workforce. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions for our growing company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and goals.
2. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring that the process is fair, efficient, and effective.
3. Develop and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance appraisals.
5. Oversee employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
6. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
7. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Identify and address HR-related issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bihar.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
