Role: Hr Manager – 1 no
Responsible for Recruitment, Induction, Training and development, Career development
To conduct Employee Engagement programs, PMS
Responsible for Govt. statutory obligations
Support the Sales Operations and Branch functions
To act as the bridge between Management and Employees
Key Deliverables
Manage and track all the attendance, leave, permission of employees
Recruit and ensure the required employee count available in all locations
Conduct training programs to improve the skills sets of employees
Address the grievances of employees
Maintaining the Employee records and details for Govt. statutory requirements
Measuring the productivity of every employee
Ensure the induction program for new Joinees
Communicating information’s from Management to everyone in the organization
Engage employees by giving them career development guidance
Monitoring the Assets in the company
Support in the conducting the yearly meeting and major customer reach programs
Conduct employee engagement activities like Glad morning, rewards meeting, promotions, celebrations of festivals.
Building a positive working environment and culture in the company.
