Job Description
• The overall recruitment onboarding process starts with the shortlisting of CVs, and screening until finalization.
• Employee orientation and Induction.
• Inline Coordination with management at various steps.
• Administrative tasks include hiring and monitoring of employees.
• Support strategic decisions concerning employee management.
• Manage employee attendance, leave management
• Handling Payroll Management.
• Handling HR-related compliances. (EPF, ESIC, Income Tax, PT, etc.)
• Involved in strategic discussion for existing processes and policies when necessary and ensure complete implementation.
• Process Travel reimbursements of employees.
Requirements
• Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
• Proven experience in Bulk Hiring, Mass Hiring, Volume Hiring.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with HR software and Microsoft Office.
• At least 4 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
