Brief :
We are hiring for "Manager - HR". It is a very important profile as people are one of the most important asset to our organisation. We require an experienced candidate who has worked in mid to high level management of a growing company or corporates. It is not for people with generic roles, freshers and non relevant experience.
I want to declare that we are a growing food-tech startup so the candidate has to come with a mindset to own jobs under his/her domain. He/She has to be a problem solver and must carry a YES attitude. He/She will be the one responsible to set policies, rules, improve structure and get good work culture in the organisation.
We need someone who can build and not just go with the flow. We need someone who can work independently and closely with stake holders and completely own his/her work.
We have a long vision for this profile and this we look for a stable long term profile. Since there are many blue collared staffs at floor so if any candidates carry such experience to handle people from such organisation shall be preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.
• Design compensation structure and benefit packages for Employees/Interns.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Monitor the HR department's budget and targets.
• Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
• Manage employees grievances.
• Create Strategies and run referral bonus programs.
• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS).
• Maintain employee retention and turnover rates.
• Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required..
