Designation:
Senior Manager / ManagerRoles and Responsibilities Overall managing effective HR functions, including HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll processing etc.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issuesMonitor overall HR policies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.
Oversee Employee Engagement plans and assist the team in improving efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile At least 10-12 years of experience in HR managementKnowledge of HR systems and databases.
Degree in Human Resources or related field is mandatory.
Immediate joiners or someone who can join in short notice preferred.
