Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, hiring, training, and employee relations. You will work closely with department managers and executives to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Degree in Human Resources or related field
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
