Required Skills/Abilities:
a) Business acumen
b) Strong and proven understanding of the Hr process and Policies
c) Proven track record of setting up Hr system, Talent Acquisition.
d) Experience in Managing employees engagement
e) Stakeholder Engagement.
Languages Preferred:-
English, Marathi, Gujarati (must) , Hindi.
Experience:-6 to 7 years required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
