Job Description
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of establishing and managing the India practice for Finz, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Act as a point of contact for our UK HR teams, effectively communicating and addressing client requirements and concerns
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the company's overall HR strategy
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and other talent sources to attract top MBA graduates
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
Assist with company administration tasks, including managing office-related activities and coordinating employee events
Nurture a startup culture by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment and fostering employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
MBA degree from a reputable university, with a specialization in HR or a related field
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with UK HR teams and handle client requirements
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in India
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Passion for creating a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement and development
