Responsibilities:
• Develop & implement HR policies for the garments factory industry.
• Manage the employee lifecycle: recruitment, training, performance, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate employee records.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.
• Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Address employee relations issues & promote a culture of workplace safety.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
