Exprienance : 6 to 10 Years
Salary : 32K to 37K (PM)
Roles and Responsibility.
1. Time Management
2. Payroll Management ( Excel)
3. All Statutory Compliance ( EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Factory License, TNPCB, Fair License, Stability Certificate, Medical & Vehicle Insurance, Factory & Godown Agreements, Stock Insurance, NSSO, IWMA, UDYAM-Reg & Trade License.
4. Bonus Preparation
5. Full and Final Settlement
6. Good Knowledge Recruitments Office and Factory. ( Social web side & blue caller)
7. Co- Ordinate Factory General Manager.
8. Good Knowledge of DIC ( District Industrial Center) - Subsidy
+. Good Knowledge of IDLS ( Integrator Of Development Leather Sector)- Subsidy
10. Keep Employer & Employees Documents.
11. Given to Frist Aid Training Program. ( Apex)
12. Handling For Internal and External Audit ( Bank Audit & CA Audit)
13. Handling & Following for Customer Audit.
14. Must Having Good Knowledge LWG ( Leather Working Group)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
