Job Description
a) Recruitment and Selection:
- He has to post about the job vacancies available within the organisation.
- He must review resume and applications of the applicants.
- He must carry out preliminary interviews as a part of the selection process.
- He has to coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
- It is his responsibility to guide new employees get started in the company, making sure they understand everything and feel comfortable.
b Training and Development:
- He needs to identifying training needs.
- Coordinating training sessions or programs.
- Evaluating training effectiveness.
c) Performance Management:
- It is his responsibility to assist and support the performance review procedures.
- Assisting in setting performance metrics.
- Handling performance improvement plans.
d) Employee Relations:
- He must address employee concerns and grievances.
- He is responsible for resolving conflicts when they arise within employees.
- Organizing team building initiatives.
- Managing employee documentation and records.
e) Compensation and Benefits:
- It is his responsibility to administer payroll.
- Overseeing benefit programs (e.g. health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Conducting compensation benchmarking and ensuring competitive compensation.
f) Organizational Development:
- Assisting in change management initiatives.
- Developing HR policies and procedures.
g) Talent Management:
- Creating succession plans.
- Identifying high-potential employees.
- Creating pathways for career advancement.
h) Diversity and Inclusion:
- Designing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Providing training and awareness programs.
- Monitoring workplace demographics.
i) Employee Engagement:
- Conducting employee engagement surveys.
- Organizing employee events and celebrations.
- Implementing feedback mechanisms.
j) Retention Strategies:
- Identifying causes of employee turnover.
- Creating strategies to improve employee retention.
- Implementing employee recognition programs.
k) Strategic HR Planning:
- Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Forecasting future hiring needs.
- Assessing organizational structure and recommending changes.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
