Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning , implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR
1. Conduct manpower planning in-line with the business vision & strategy
2. Drive change initiatves within the organization
3. Institutionalize processes to build the desired culture at Sanderson Group India
4. Evaluate & enhance effectiveness of human resource practices & systems
Talent Acquisition
1. Source best talent from various sources, keeping in mind quality, cycle time and cost of hire
2. Organize selection interviews and evaluate candidates for culture fit
3. Build relationships with selected candidates from offer to joining
4. Ensure effective on-boarding of new employees
Talent Management & Development
1. Establish employee engagement programs and practices
2. Ensure succession planning that meets organizational requirement as well as employee career aspirations
3. Identify training needs for employees (from 3 sources – organizational, departmental,

individual) nd create the training calendar
4. Organize or conduct training programs in line with the training calendar and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
5. Adminster the Performance Management System for staff – ensure smooth goal setting, monitoring & review, appraisal process and linkage of PMS to reward system
Employee Welfare & Statutory Compliance
1. Maintain cordial industrial relations in the organization
2. Ensure prompt employee grievance redressal
3. Comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements for as per labour laws and other applicable acts
General HR administration
1. Administer monthly payroll accurately and on-time, every month
2. Prepare & share weekly / monthly HRMIS with management
3. Maintain employee records and personal files
4. Administer leave management
5. Manage employee transfers & postings (both, Domestic & international locations)
Key Skills / Experience Required
Educational Qualification Additional Qualifications / certifications
• Graduate in any stream MS-Word
• MBA / PGDM – HR / Industrial Relations
Prior experience Other skills (preferred)
