Job Description
Experience: 8 - 15 years
Location: Navi Mumbai at Rabale.
6 day working/ Sunday off.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage the group company's overall employee leave and attendance.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, policies, compensation etc., and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Should have knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle including developing job descriptions, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, documentation, induction and onboarding activities.
• Handling Employee Grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Manage Exit formalities up to final dues settlement.
• Assist in performance management procedures.
• Coordinate with legal and PF/ESIC consultants on labor-related matters.
• Independently handle day-to-day HR operations and Generalist Activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. Generalist, recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Sound knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
