The company currently produces more than 50,000 tons of corrugated boxes per annum and plans to expand its capacity manifolds. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the Factory Operations, Manpower handling, Recruitment process (Both On-roll and Off-Roll), maintaining employee records, managing benefits and compensation, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance to employees and management on employee relations issues, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of Factories Act, HR policies & procedures, and best practices
• Strong experience in handling the Factories, Labours and Employee grievance.
• Experience with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Hindi is a desirable skill.
• Looking for 15+ years' experience in HR domain
