HR Manager Job Description:
Roles & Responsibility:
· Able to handle the HR & Admin on their own
· Forecast staffing needs
· Manage Hiring process from scratch to onboarding
· Lead recruitment, conduct interviews, ensure hiring compliance
· Provide training to staff & prepare SOP
· Project and tasks management
· Foster positive employee relations, address concerns, conflicts resolutions
· Organize engaging events, handle crisis situations
· Ensure GST, TDS, income tax compliance
· Implement employment laws, regulatory adherence
· Develop performance appraisal systems
· Maintain employee health, safety protocols
· Lead, mentor HR team, ensure ethical conduct
· Promote diversity, respectful work culture
Required Skills:
• Pro-active approach, and enthusiastic to streamline the process for any and everything.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools.
• HR expertise, including labour laws, ISO,regulatory compliances, and other regulations per needed.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
• Adaptability to change and ethical conduct.
• Demonstrated expertise training employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking
• Attention to detail and good judgement
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and compliance.
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus.

· Language known – Gujarati, Hindi and English (Gujarati is compulsory)
· From near 10 kms
· Time – 11 to 8
· Working Days – 5.5 days
