As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. You should have at least 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives. • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and terminations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that human resource initiatives are aligned with company objectives. • Develop and maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information. • Manage the HR budget and report on key metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. • Should be able to handle employee grievances and take wise independent decisions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Female only no more than 35 years, married, smart, excellent communication, and presentable Key Skills : • Recruitment • Greviance Handling • Employee Engagement Company Profile The company is a leading solar - company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
