Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Urbtech Trade Center, Sector 132, Noida
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation: INR 500,000 to 700,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary:
Stokhos Research Capital LLP is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our office in Urbtech Trade Center, Sector 132, Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in human resources management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (1 year hands-on experience), and the ability to relocate to Noida Sector 132. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the organization’s needs
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve benefit-related issues
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Support management in strategic workforce planning and talent management
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
