Role Overview
As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success by overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities across Australia. This role encompasses Talent Acquisition and Retention, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Manage end-to-end recruitment and retention for office and frontline retail roles, implement effective talent strategies, and develop future talent pools.
Organisational Development & Employee Engagement: Facilitate training, drive employee engagement, and collaborate on talent mapping and succession planning.
HR Metrics Reporting: Prepare HR metrics, maintain accurate records, and manage employment status updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and learning and development, ideally in luxury retail.
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
