Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Description:
• Recruitment & Hiring – Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions with department heads.
• HR Policy & Compliance – Administer HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and propose updates to policies as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Employee Performance & Relations – Coordinate performance appraisals , provide guidance on compensation, and address employee inquiries.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration – Process payroll, bonuses, leave management, and compensation claims accurately and on time.
• Reporting & Data Analysis – Generate HR reports (e.g., monthly headcount), analyze trends, and advise management on HR strategies.
• Employee Engagement & Events – Organize staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Projects & Support – Collaborate with Head Office (HO) on HR projects and ensure alignment with company-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• A self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and manage details
• Experience in payroll processing and compensation management
• Strong knowledge in HR policies, labor laws and industry best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a must
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
