THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – People & Culture. You must be well-versed in all aspects of Human Resource Management, end-to-end ownership right from onboarding to performance management and compensation as well as Learning & Development, employee engagement, grievance handling, and management reporting.
The role will involve working alongside our members to foster a positive environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented. As a key member of our people functions, you should be comfortable leading a vibrant team that is process-driven, result oriented, and foresighted.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage pre-onboarding connect, onboarding, documentation, performance management, employee relationships, training, and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required.
Manage the internal L&D requirements of members & leadership as per need.
Design and implement programs to improve morale and relationships.
Provide counseling for relationship management including dispute resolution and team building.
Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.
Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development, PMS, engagement, learning, and development.
Adhere to processes and policies and ensure smooth landing of the same for all members.
Create a high-performance-driven culture, nurturing talent.
Ensure a high happiness index of members with amicable resolution of challenges.
Deliver in a dynamic & demanding environment raising the bar high every single day at work.
People first attitude.
Managing and maintaining the organization's values that promote optimum performance.
Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.
What we look for in you:
08-10 years of experience working as an HR manager or in a similar position.
Handled team / individual contributors.
Ability to contribute as an individual contributor whenever required.
MBA / MSW (Personnel Management) / Equivalent from reputed universities - Full-time preferred.
Managed a minimum span of 250-1000 headcount with a high-performing team.
Maintain the benefits and pay schedule which includes attendance monitoring, payroll, and other statutory components.
Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve morale.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of local laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity.
Talent development strategies and implementation of the same that suits our ecosystem.
Conducting periodic meetings with different team leaders and/or their representatives to get an overview of the health of the team and the organization.
L&D / Upskilling: Identifying the need of the team and working with team leads and Managers, Learning, and Engagement to design programs that will benefit Staff members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills.
Developing strategies and implementation plans toward a high-performance culture in collaboration with team leads.
Critical thinking & data-oriented decisions to solve reactive, complex, and critical issues.
Candidates based out of Coimbatore / willing to relocate & early joiners preferred.

The purpose of this role is to work across the functions and leaders to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain, and collaborate with stakeholders and support the organization in driving the HR plan, intervention, and execution of all people practices. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
