Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Sports For Champions UK. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission of empowering youth through sports. You will oversee HR operations, ensuring that our practices support our goals and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and data analysis.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
• Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff regarding HR matters.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a non-profit or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Workday or Taleo is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making in HR practices.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing teams effectively.

Pay: £33,503.01-£58,946.47 per year
