We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Human Resources. This is a critical role that requires someone who can effectively manage all aspects of employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, including induction, training, development, and separation processes.
• Handle security personnel and instruct them according to company policies.
• Perform performance management activities, such as increment, promotions, transfers, and confirmations.
• Ensure statutory compliance with laws related to minimum wages, provident fund, employees' state insurance, payment of gratuity, shops and establishment act, and contract labour (regulation and abolition) act.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires someone with a graduate degree in human resources or equivalent, along with 5-10 years of experience in HR management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
