Human Resources Manager
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures
Experience working in a remote environment
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom fittings industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
