Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide support to employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Administer benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Manage HRIS systems and generate regular HR reports and analytics.
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
Participate in developing HR policies and procedures and recommend changes as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
