🧠 Skills Required:
• Excellent written/oral communication & Facilitation Skills – should have conducted induction programs
• Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits, including New/Old Regime taxation and personal tax implications
• Proficient in Excel for MIS, data interpretation & analysis
• Strong PowerPoint skills – storytelling via slide decks
• Experience conducting Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) / Assessment Centres (AC/DC)
• Knowledge of Competency Matrix and Proficiency usage for Talent Acquisition
• Experience handling IJP and AC-DC
• Exposure to Campus Hiring programs
• Foundational knowledge of Effective Business Partnering to deliver HR value
👥 Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
• Lead a team of 5–6 Talent Acquisition team members (supporting Front Line Sales & First Line Managers)
• Ensure hiring is delivered within TAT and budget
• Drive Customer Satisfaction Metrics and team efficiency
• Transform the function from traditional recruitment to strategic Talent Acquisition (focus on sourcing competencies)
• Deliver a strong Employee Experience from candidate interaction to onboarding
• Generate and present periodic MIS for stakeholders, enabling actionable insights
• Achieve Quality of Hire targets via collaboration with hiring managers
• Meet the target of less than 1-year attrition
• Coach, mentor, and groom the recruitment team
• Partner with the ELC team to manage and share MIS, and support Talent Management initiatives (AC/DC/TRBs)
• Create and govern team and individual scorecards with outcome accountability
