Recruiting worker asper requirement raised by concerned team . Maintaining and updating documentation related to worked contractors and other statutory bodies. Developing, maintaining and update training programmes for worker. Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees. Heading and handling Environment Health and Safety (EHS) related tasks and initiatives. Responsible for the maintenance of OSHA and company-mandated reports on all accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Create a program for the applicant and employee testing (e.g., TB tests other health related testing). Managing relationships with employees & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders. Responsible for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as providing adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws. To make employees aware of all regulatory and legal terms by establishing appropriate policies and communicate.
