Roles & Responsibilities:
This role is completely focused on anchoring the Talent Acquisition function & HR Operations for the Global locations of the Group.
1. Collection, preparation, and updation of all organizational structures for international teams including JVs
2. Sourcing of candidates for international vacancies from – a. Recruitment Consultants b. Social Media c. Referrals from our employees
3. Coordination of recruitment cycle of international team members.
4. Preparation of approval documents, the release of offer letters, and ensuring that the candidate understands the employment terms and conditions in totality.
5. Collect all the requisite documents for employment and record the same in a defined manner.
6. Conducting induction and orientation of new joinee in the International team.
7. Building a sound understanding of employment laws, compensation structures, and personal tax aspects in various countries with has business operations.
8. Preparation and release of employment contracts and contracts of consultants whenever required.
+. Ensuring employee’s record creation in employee record maintenance system and finance and accounting system.
10. Coordination for monthly attendance of all international team members.
11. Preparation of payroll of international team members.
12.Coordination with Payroll agencies in various countries for the employees whose payrolls are processed in the respective countries.
13. Coordination of the complete payroll and payment cycle for all international team members and consultants.
14. Contributing to employee grievance handling.
15. Coordination for and facilitation of full and final settlements of international team members.
16. Responsible for recruitment for positions related to Marketing, PMT, Clinical affairs, and other functional areas which may be allocated from time to time.
17. Working as an HR business process owner for the functional areas which may be allocated as per the requirements.
18. Maintaining and managing data, information, reports, and analytics for the International HR function
.
Candidate profile:
· MBA-HR with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience out of which 2-4 years experience of handling International Talent Acquisition, is preferred.
· High energy level and excellent English communication are a must for the role.
· Candidate should possess high interpersonal skills with sensitivity to people & culture.
· Must be conceptually very strong on Talent Acquisition function & HR Operations aspects of HR
Exp in International hiring is a must.
