Job Objective:
• Managing the recruitment, specially consultant profiles.
• A long-term team player, who is willing to take challenge for an overall enterprise growth.
Major Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business.
• Understand the core need of the vacant post and hire accordingly.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain payroll and benefits program.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills:
• Proven working experience as HR Manager
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Experience: 3-7 Years
Age Bracket: 28-34 Years
Salary: As per experience
