Employee Relations and Engagement and General Administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels and proficient in strengthening business focus and distribution of work in the organization.
Plan and forecast manpower requirement for present and forthcoming projects.
Manage the complete gamut of tasks involved in Recruitment including sourcing, screening, short listing resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews and making Offers Letter to shortlisted candidates.
Implement structured performance appraisal and adequate evaluation method and ensure annual increment exercise completed in a timely and correct manner. Ensure promotion letters, increment letters, and other relevant letters are provided to employees in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage, identify and organize technical and soft skills training programs from internal and external trainers. Manage and monitor the budget for Training and Development. Ensure all development actions are effective and are in line with the business and individual development needs.
Manage Leave, Attendance and Time office management for all employees & completing necessary returns and formalities.
Maintain and update all Employee Personal Files in our HR System. Gather, update and prepare monthly HR reports as requirement of the management.
Build up positive corporate culture to strengthen employees morale and enhance the engagement of all staff in the organization.
Manage and implement Reward and Recognition programmes.
Handle employee grievance and disciplinary procedures and escalate them to the respective TLs and PLs and management.
Conduct Exit interviews, prepare termination letters, manage the entire termination process run through resignation checklist of items belonging to the organization.
Create and maintain Employee Handbook and updates. Provide necessary support and advice to the employees on the various benefits plan and claim process.
Manage Vender contracts and payments.
Supervise the ad-hoc day to day HR and Administrative support functions in the organization.
