Salary Range: INR 10,000 - 20,000 per month (Incentives Extra)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organization's human resources function, ensuring the well-being and development of our employees and training Student.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
2. Employee Relations:
• Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Resolve employee disputes and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
• Develop and manage the performance appraisal system.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
5. HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.
• Manage employee documentation and compliance with labor laws.
6. HR Strategy:
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives aligned with the company's goals.
• Continuously improve HR processes and policies.
7. Legal Compliance:
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with statutory requirements.
