Habilelabs Private Limitedis looking for an HR Professional + Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience in the IT industry.
Below would be the major responsibilities:
Looking after recruitments in the organisation (There would be minimum targets for the number of closures in a month)
Supporting on the HR operations front - Drafting internal policies, procedures, manuals; Taking care of employee concerns/ issues and addressing them properly; Assisting the Hr Head with all Hr specific tasks and responsibilities
