Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent to the company.
Use Hiring Websites and LinkedIn to advertise job openings and build a recruitment pipeline.
Utilize an Application Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage and track job applications.
Conduct initial screening of job applicants and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Negotiate employment offers and onboard new hires.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Manage and improve employee onboarding, training and development programs.
Assist in the development of performance management and review systems.
Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.
Maintain employee records and data in HR management systems.
Analyze workforce data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes culture and diversity.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management.
Experience in a startup or small business environment preferred.
