We're Hiring! | HR Manager cum Admin (Mid-Level) Corporate Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Industry: Manufacturing / Chemical Industry / Factory Operations Experience: 5+ Years in HR & Admin roles --- Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager cum Admin to manage our day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment, and office administration, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry. --- ### Key Responsibilities: #### Human Resources: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for staff and factory workers. Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Organize performance reviews and support employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture. Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs. #### Administration: Oversee office and factory administration including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management. Manage inventory of office supplies, ID cards, and admin-related assets. Handle documentation, renewals, and compliance with factory-related licenses. Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and company events. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. --- ### Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in a factory or plant setup. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
