Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who can drive both strategic and operational HR functions. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to leadership, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals while managing end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities (Expanded)
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay interviews
3. HR Operations Excellence
Payroll, attendance, leave, and HRMS systems
Ensure accuracy in HR data, dashboards, and reporting
Streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and audits
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and legal cases
Develop policies to mitigate HR and organizational risks
5. Stakeholder & Team Management
Manage and mentor team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads
Influence decision-making at leadership level
Additional Key Expectations (8+ Years Level)
Strong experience in handling 250+ employee workforce
Exposure to HR analytics and data-driven decision making
Ability to manage HR budgets and cost optimization
Experience in policy revamp and process automation
Proven track record in reducing attrition and improving engagement scores
Ability to handle legal, confidential, and sensitive matters independently
Experience in scaling HR processes in growing organizations/startups
Strong vendor management (recruitment agencies, training partners, payroll & Mediclaim vendors)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience in [industry: IT / Service / Startup / BFSI – customize as needed]
Familiarity with HR tools like Greythr
