Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions at Telex Advertising Pvt. Ltd. The role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, aligned with business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment to fulfill manpower requirements across departments.
Conduct structured induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
2. Attendance & HR Operations
Ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, records, and HR documentation.
Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
3. Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs, including sales training for the marketing team.
Identify skill gaps and implement learning initiatives for employee development.
4. Performance Management
Conduct weekly performance reviews across Marketing, Operations, and Graphics teams.
Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Drive accountability for achieving monthly targets.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
Support administrative activities and ensure process efficiency.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Promote a positive and performance-driven work environment.
7. Policy Management & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with industry standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
8. Payroll & HR Support
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
9. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Address employee concerns and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management (preferred in Advertising/Media industry)
