Good knowledge in Statutory Compliance (PF,ESIC,PT,LWF)
· 2. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· 3. HR operations and Formalities, generating Offer and Appointment Letters, Exit Formalities, Induction,
· 4. Employee Database management – maintaining records of employees’ documents (hard and soft copy)
· 5. Handling Grievances and resolving issues and conflicts,
· 6.· HR Policy and Procedures.
· 7. Employee welfare and engagement activities.
· 8. Leave & Attendance Management
· +. Salary Calculation.
·10. Good working knowledge on HRMS software
11. Manpower planning & End to End Recruitment
12. Working Experience must have more than 10 years.
13. Candidates should be residing at Mumbai. (Western Line Preferred)
