Minimum Experience: 5 years
Worked with: Ideally worked with NBFCs / HFCs previously
Location: Mumbai
Job Profile & Requirements:
Work with ED to oversee all recruitment pertaining to the NBFC
Manage all recruits onboarding, induction and lifecycle management
Deploy outsourced payroll management solution to manage monthly payroll for team
Design and deploy Performance Management System
Ensure full labour law compliance for the company
Work with business teams to identify training and upskilling needs and have these solutions
delivered
