Position - Sr. Manager Hr – (Recruitment and Training)
Location- Bandra (BKC)-Mumbai.
We are looking for dedicated, proactive Sr-Manager HR for identifying hiring needs, filling job openings and talent development.
Job details –
Responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle and selection process from initiation of vacancy to on-boarding the new hire.
Well-versed in handling recruitment operational activities.
Responsible to fill up positions like (Sr. Sales, Jr. Sale Exe, CRM exe, Direct, Indirect Tax Exe, Company secretory, Store Stock managers, EA, various Account’s profile…etc)
Hands-on experience with various interview techniques, hiring platforms (Job boards, portals, social networking, head hunting, consultancies), and evaluation methods.
Expertise in Onboarding and Background Check
Proficiency in documenting processes.
Design & curate job descriptions and interview checklists/SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple hiring expectations against tight deadlines.
Keep a track record of all recruitment metrics, recognize bottlenecks, and amend them timely with your expertise.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs of each department.
Talent development
Planning Induction program to new hire
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs.
Training need analysis, Training calendar, Training implementation, evaluate and monitor performance.
Qualification & skill set-
Qualification -Bachelor's Degree/P. G in Human Resources Management, or similar.
Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 2 years working in managerial cadre is preferred.
Experience in working in talent acquisition, Smooth Onboarding, Training.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: ₹14,+83.4+ - ₹54,652.23 per month
