Roles and Responsibilities
• Define, build, and execute activities to recruit drivers and logistics staff for last mile delivery operations.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and handle onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with operations and HRBP team for manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Analyze data reports, provide HR guidance and support to business unit leaders, and handle HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good understanding of 3PL logistics, city logistics, and last mile operations in e-commerce.
• Experience in handling teams and conducting interviews.
• Ability to analyze data, develop HR programs/tools, and support talent management initiatives.
