Your Responsibilities
• Partner with the business to identify, develop and drive key initiatives such as leadership development, talent/performance management, change management, workforce and succession planning, talent acquisition, employee and career development, rewards and recognition, and coaching (employee and manager). Client groups will be spread across multiple sites.
• To act as Change Agent in Managing Organizational Change where this relates to HR related activities e.g restructuring
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in HR activities and reporting, tracking of critical metrics and identifying trends in data. Using data to identify solutions & support growth initiatives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders; partner with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align, and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Conduct organizational assessments and develop/drive initiatives to close gaps and implement necessary solutions to ensure a high-performing workforce; provide candid and constructive feedback to leaders about talent moves, gaps, promotions, and growth opportunities.
• Be Accountable for execution excellence of all HR operations processes
• Assess business unit's management training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
• Drive the compensation cycle including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
• Partner closely with People Leaders and Talent Acquisition in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding key diverse talent to continue to build out organizational capability
• Oversee the employee engagement survey, help leadership read results and device the action plan. Execute the action plan to establish a highly engaged environment and associates
OUR EXPECTATIONS
• Degree/Master’s in human resource management from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the field of HR, with blended COE experience in Talent Management
• People Manager for last 5 years, with ability/propensity to function as people coach as well
• Strong communication skills in English
• Competent with business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, at a minimum)
• Ability to travel up to 30% in-country
