Position: HR Manager

Job Summary: Recruitment, policy making, policy implementation, team management, entry-exit process, and other HR responsibilities. To ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices while supporting the organization's strategic objectives and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment:
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
-Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for final selection.
-Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
2) Policy Making and Implementation:
-Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-Collaborate with management to create and implement policies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
-Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and ensure their adherence.
3) Team Management:
-Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
-Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
-Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge.
4) Entry-Exit Process:
-Manage the end-to-end process of employee entry and exit, including conducting orientation for new hires and facilitating exit interviews.
-Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements related to employee documentation, contracts, and clearances.
5) Employee Relations:
-Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.
-Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
6) HR Reporting and Compliance:
-Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis for management review.
-Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
7) HR Policy and Handbook Updates:
-Review and update HR policies and the employee handbook in line with legal requirements and organizational needs.
-Communicate policy changes to employees and provide training or guidance on policy implementation.
8) HR Data Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
-Generate reports and provide HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year
