1 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle including issuing the Appointment Letter, Reference Check, Joint formalities, Induction, Training, Management and so on for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. 2 Conceptualizing & developing training Material and taking development initiatives for improving productivity and quality3 Identifying training needs across levels as per the training calendar and through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analyzing theexisting level of competencies4 Assisting in the set-up of HR, Office Policies & Performance Management System from the scratch level for various clients / corporate; managing staff long service awards.5. Strategist and implementing end-to-end performance management for employees across the business unit6. Shouldering the responsibility of keeping a track of electronics attendance system, leaves absenteeism, late coming and over time activities along with employee welfare, safety and wellness activities; sending the joining papers for generation of employee codes7. Arranging Training Nominations from HOD's / Project Managers and organizing & co-coordinating for the entire training program.8. Preparing Address Proof Letters, Training Certificates, Employee Verification Letters, Confirmation Letters, Relieving Letters and General Correspondent Letters+. Checking at project sites for absconding staffs and advising to block the salary to the payroll team for on rolls as well as for service provider staff followed by preparing and issuing unauthorized absence / warning letters to the absconding staff10. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.11. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings12. Communication with the candidate wrt explaining the respective JD with them.13.
