Job Description
• Understand the HR implications of the Business Strategy and contribute in realizing the business mission.
• Implement HR policies, processes and measures and ensure its effectiveness towards the business
• Be an active business partner through the development of appropriate organization architecture (structure and roles)
Organization Development
• Lead support to HRBP and shall be responsible for facilitating Annual HR review for business areas.
• Identification of major HR challenges, coordinating for implementation of action plans to fulfill employees expectations within framework of HR Processes.
• Understand the Business plans of the areas and assess structural requirements in coordination with Business Managers
• Discuss with Business Managers the specific requirements of the area in the overall business context.
• Evaluate the existing structure and identify areas for modifications.
• Seek guidance from HRBP in areas of Training, talent management, Organization design, recruitment, and HR operations
Manpower Planning And Optimization
• Preparing the manpower Budget for the areas including forecasting of requirements for the year in collaboration with Business Managers
• Development of structured Job descriptions
• Tracking and correcting deviations from sanctioned strength.
• Establish, develop and manage manpower and career planning frameworks that meet individual and business objectives.
• Implement recruitment campaigns developed by Talent Acquisition (TA) Team that meet time, quality and budgetary requirements at all times.

• Talent Acquisition
• Proactive approach in terms of understanding business requirement future structural changes (if any) to develop recruitment strategy for the areas.
• Acquiring external talent through recruitment process as per the business requirements.
• Create value proposition for prospective candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth on boarding of the employee.
• Source and hire candidates as per Talent Acquisition process guidelines and also achieve savings in recruitment cost.
• Discuss and update HRBP and Business Manager on a regular basis on Recruitment status and on boarding of prospective employee

• Handling all joining formalities
