Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. They support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by aligning HR functions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the hiring process including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers and employees on performance-related feedback and improvement plans.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Promote continuous learning and skills development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, hiring statistics, and engagement levels.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development:
Support succession planning and organizational structure improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
Experience in change management or organizational development.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
