We are looking for an HR Executive & Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on boardingEnsure all company HR policies are applied consistentlySourcing and Screen incoming candidates resumes from various Job portals/sourcing channels based on the company requirements. (end to end process)Recruiting for all levels of candidates from Entry- Level to Manager Level profile.Salary negotiations & Salary approvals from Program heads for candidates shortlisted to be offered.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalReviews employment application and backgrounds.Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.Responsible for overall online reporting system of company.Regular coordination/Manage and follow-up with Field Staffs. .Compile all daily, weekly and monthly reports and send to our seniors.Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous working experience of a minimum of 2 years as a HR Recruiter.Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.Candidate should have good presentation skills.Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
