Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection processDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsDevelop and monitor overall policies, systems and procedures across the organizationOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceManage pay plan / incentives and benefits programEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements and skills
Good educational qualification - Degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven working experience of 7-10 years as HR Manager in a good organization (preferably retail)Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation & presentation skillsResult oriented approachKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Practices
